Help for the "For Sale By Owners"


I am in the process of putting together some helpful resources for the For Sale By Owners.  Why would I do this, you ask?  I don't fault anyone for trying to save a buck, especially in the tough times many of us have been going through, unfortunately for the FSBO seller, the odds are stacked against them, as only a relatively small percentage ever sell, that's where I come in, hopefully, by being helpful during the FSBO process, in the event that the home doesn't sell, I will get the opportunity to market the home as their Realtor.

Also, of the FSBO's that do sell, a very large portion of the buyers are brought by Realtors, so the more involved I am with the FSBO's on the market, the better I can serve my buyer clients.
